REMThe Refurbished Equipment Marketplace greatly appreciates your donation of clean slightly used equipment. For your convenience; items can now be dropped off without appointment at our centrally located Concord location Monday through Friday anytime between the hours of 8:00 am. and 4:30 pm. Please make sure your donation is clean and complete before dropping it off.
As a general rule, we accept durable medical equipment that is complete and in working condition, less than 5 years old and not on the “unable to accept” list below. Our goal is to make only minor repairs, inspect for safety, sanitize and get the equipment into the waiting hands of customers who need it. Please understand we do not take broken or obsolete equipment; nor do we take dirty, rusty, moldy items or bits and pieces of scrap metal! Items that come from smoking environments are usually impossible to clean and therefore we can not accept. If you have an item that comes from a pet environment please contact us to discuss the particulars. Hospital bed donations are taken on a case by case basis, generally we do not accept beds over 5 years old. and we cannot accept mattresses of any kind.

Mattresses of any type, night stand tables, linens, pillows, C-Pap machines, O2 machines
Manual Wheelchairs
Most manufacturers, most wheelchairs. Must be complete and in good working order!
Older than 6 yrs(unless excellent condition), broken welds, bent frames, worn out, torn up upholstery
Patient Lifts
Invacare, Sunrise Medical, Hoyer, others –Manual & Electric
Trans Aid, C-Base, gurney style
Power Wheelchairs
Most manufacturers, front, mid or rear wheel drive in clean good working order!
Older than 5 yrs,, worn out or major damage.
Drop off of donated equipment is preferred but under some circumstances, REM will pick up .
